Combat Update for 1.18

Hi ! Minecraft developers have long owed a combat update to players, mainly for "mcbe" players. There were several of them but just for minecraft java, there is still a lot to discuss about the subject, and I think it would be a good idea for combat to be one of the focuses of 1.18.
