Iceologers Should Be Added To Mountain Pillager Outposts

when the iceologer lost the mob vote mojang said that they would add it if the update fitted it with pillager outpost now spawning on mountains its a great time to add them to the game maybe they can even drop the ice rod from minecraft dungeons so you can use there power of ice. 

I think this should be added because its the best time to add them to the game and who knows when the next update that it would make sense to add them will be
