Anti-Overheat Solution Setting

Today, I am always having this problem where rarely my game overheats. Before it overheated to death, I can't control my movement. I don't know why my computer overheats like that since I only experienced it on Minecraft, but I knew my computer was slow and crummy.

Later, I thought about a setting that can be turned on to prevent such overheating. I even thought about this being part of the latest player safety features.

Also, I was using Manjaro 64-bit.

    My current solution is turning the FPS limit lower than 100.

    Now I can't play my world anymore! It keeps over-heating even when my FPS down to: "30".

    My game over-heated 3 times in a row. Even when I set full performace.

    use OptiFine and toggle the animation settings to off, it fixed the overheating for me
