Make Bone Meal work on Vines

Bone Meal should cause Vines to instantly spread to adjacent blocks, just as they would grow naturally. You could cover a cave opening or doorway with Vines without having to wait for them to grow!

  Strange this doesn't work already! Bone Meal works on Twisting Vines, Weeping Vines, and Glow Lichen. In particular, Glow Lichen and Vines cover individual faces of blocks, so it would make sense for them both to respond to Bone Meal and they could share the same mechanism for some nice consistency.
