Hobbit Homes In Taiga Biomes

So, Taiga biomes don't have any naturally generating structures besides mossy cobblestone patches and villages. So what if you add a hobbit hoe underneath the mossy cobblestone? It could have a 50% chance of spawning, or be rare with a 2% chance. Maybe there could be like one block hobbits living in them, or be abandoned. I think it's a cool addition to a kind of bland biome.
