Maps to rare biomes sold by Traveling Merchant

Finding rare biomes such as mushroom fields, badlands, ice spikes, ETC is hard since you have to explore the world and just find it by chance. I know exploring is part of Minecraft and that's ok, however I feel like trying to find these biomes is kind of tedious especially if these biomes are thousands upon thousands of blocks away. So I thought what if by chance when you encounter a traveling merchant he could sell a map to one of these biomes similar to how the cartographer villager sells maps to the ocean monuments or the woodland mansions. Though maybe some of these rare biome maps would have different chances of appearing in the traveling merchants trades and maybe when he does sell a map he would only sell one. I feel this would also give the traveling merchants another purpose and make finding these rare biomes less tedious (especially the mushroom islands cause they are my favorite biome in the game).
