Smoothly moveable worldborder center

I think that Minecraft command "/worldborder center x z" would benefit if player could set also time syntax; like changing worldborder size "/worldborder set <size> <time>"
It would be cool for map makers to be able to move the whole world border, as its center point could move smoothly.

So yeah, I suggest that Mojang should edit /worldborder center x z into form "/worldborder center x z <time>"

As someone who plays lots of impromptu games with friends in MC, this would be a game changer
