frozen waterlogged caves

These would allow for waterlogged caves in frozen areas to be made partially of different types of ice and pockets of water. It would also be interesting if underground lakes could spawn with ice bergs and frozen areas in colder regions.  This would allow for more interesting underground gameplay.

I would love to see these implemented in the next experimental snapshot so users can play around with them, I really think it would make exploring more interesting,
