maybe railes can be smelted in blast furnace and turn in iron nugget.

because iron sword,pickaxe,axe and shovel is craft by sticks and iron ingots like rails. So rails should be smelt by blast furnace.

  I would love to see this added it would make alot of sence and add more reason to not just burn extra rails in lava
