Pillager banners use

The idea is rather simple... basically, the banner, which is dropped by the pillager, may have an effect for further pillager spawning. For example, if a person places the banner, pillagers would not be able to spawn in a certain radius. I believe it would give a fair use to the banner since for now it is quite useless.

  I agree it should have more of a use than just a decoration, on way would be to allow the loom to add designs onto the Pillager Banner to select effects I think:

  Pillager Banner Plain: Decor

  Pillager Banner with Red Slash or X: Prevents spawning unless a raid is triggered, in which case the raid is 2x tougher (you have declared war after all)

  Pillager Banner with Green up triangle: Increase the toughness of the Pillagers and the reward loot they Drop

  Pillager Panner with Blue Horizontal line: Makes Pillager near the banner Neutral until attacked or you open a chest near them.
