Baby Enderman

The Baby Enderman is like a Baby Zombie except not Hostile. Instead of picking up blocks, it picks up items left in the ground, say by players or naturally occurring like eggs. If a player looks at the baby Enderman straight in the eyes, it runs away, like a Fox. And when it runs away, it also drops the item it was holding (if any)
