Add an option to change the look and movement deadzone for console players

I've noticed that it's actually impossible to make more precise and smaller movements using a controller on console. I know that this can be changed for players on computers with mice, but it would make gameplay on controller a lot easier. Console players could finally hit their projectiles, kill mobs more efficiently... The list goes on. Please consider changing this!

    I have recently been playing on Bedrock edition instead of Java, and the dead zone is so annoying and makes it almost impossible to make accurate shots over large distances with a controller. Hitting enemies is often very difficult too even when you are melee distance.
