Storm Bringer and/or Storm Bearer Trident enchantment

A new enchantment for the Trident that causes rain... I'll get into how it could work in a minute but first I want to say why this would be so great... See a lot of the Trident enchants work really well with rain such as channelling being able to summon lighting. Or the fact that riptide in the rain let's a Player dash around like some kind of Greek or Norse legend. It's amazing, but all of that fun gets restricted to time and luck based RNG... And not only is it fun but also it's practically a great method of transportation especially if you pair it with an elytra... With the only problem being reliability. You can't count on a rainstorm happening. Which is why I think the storm bringer enchantment would be amazing on a Trident... Ok, of course you have to have the enchantment first, and maybe it could be a treasure enchant like mending... or not. But once you have your enchanted Trident, you look up into the sky and throw it far past the clouds, and into the sun, it takes a second, but then... the sky slowly darkens... Thunder roars, clouds swirl, and your Trident gets returned to the ground in a bolt of lightning. (...Or just quietly with loyalty) Rain starts to pour down, and you're free to have fun with all of your different Trident enchants... To keep it from anoying other players, who love the rain a bit less, maybe it could just affect a radius around the Player who summoned the storm... A few chunks or so, anyway that's all.
