So i just came up with this and i think that an arrow where the head is replaced with a tripwire hook is a grapple hook and you can put 3 string in a horizontal line to make a stronger rope that combines with the grapple hook to make a grappling hook that can be shot by a bow, this idea would give a new seperate purpose for the bow and would work by being shot onto a surface and allowing the player to fall or rise maybe like 30 blocks. This would allow for much more realistic and cool traversal of the terrain and would fit in perfectly with the caves and clives update as ut means you can get down lower quicker and looks cool, plus a swinging animation would be cool for getting over gaps using trees, also it would allow the player to get down mountains easier by shooting a block and moving down the new massive mountains. It could also be an opportunity to add a new enchantment for the bow which allows it to shoot further, i dont know what to call the enchantment but it would make the bow more unique in comparison to the crossbow.
Now i know this seems like alot of information not structured too well but i just came up with this idea and didnt want to forget it like all the others over the years, i could explain the idea better through talking but i dont know if that is possible or not.
