New Enchantment!

New enchantment 'Wind Walker' for elytra. It makes you hover and gives you speed, jump boost and slow falling after flight.

    There are a tad too many game balance issues to implement that just as is... maybe a way to balance that enchantment would be to make it noncompatible with mending. So you could only have one or the other that way the game retains some balance... though a better one would be 

    Wind Walker

    Minor bonus to flight speed and slow falling for 1-3 seconds after a flight interruption(hitting a wall etc.)

     

    Drop the jump boost and hover as you can start flying from the ground with rockets and hover doesn't really make sense in the design of elytra.
