The End has remained mostly the same for ALMOST 10 YEARS despite the addition of the outer islands and end cities which has one of the most overpowered loot in the entire game of Minecraft. There needs to be a natural resource other than end stone, ender pearls, obsidian and chorus fruit. Aside from common overworld ores like iron, copper, gold, diamonds and redstone (but no coal, emeralds or lapis lazuli), there needs to be some other minerals that are extremely rare, if not unobtainable in the overworld and the nether, such as some real-world precious metals like platinum. The drops are significantly increased for non-rare items (5-6 items per ore without fortune and 25-32 items for redstone). They should be more common there (1 in 3 end stone blocks in the End is replaced with iron ore, 1 in 36 for copper or gold, 1 in 200 for diamonds and redstone, and 1 in 500 thousand for the ultrarare.
