Team enderchests

So basically you want to keep items away from you know those friends so you make a team enderchest witch would cost an enderchest and something else to lock it and then you go in and you can set designated people to get into that enderchest so you and your friend can get in but not that one person who steals everything

    Uh well... if you place two ender chests then those are connected and later place another two those are connected so you just need to get a different stack.
