change the look of the pillager outpost for all major biomes

i think Pillager outposts should not just have a different wood type depending on the biome but a slightly different design, kind of like the new villages in 1.14. It wood make the Game more detailed in a good way and also another way to add the iceologer to mountain outposts.

    yeah that would totally be awesome, like oak in the plains, spruce in the taiga, sandstone and jungle in the desert, etc. sounds great
