Pre Caves and Cliffs generation option

I think that it would be great if there was an optional toggle, like with the Old World option, so that you could make a world pre caves and cliffs generation, admittedly it would be missing newer features, but I want this for a few reasons, so that older custom biomes and generation add-ons can be played, and because the generation as it is now is so classically Minecraft. I also don't think it would take very much work to do, and think others might like the older generation quite a lot.

    if you have java you can just play in previous versions

    I so want this. The new caves are the worst. Too dark, too big, too many monsters. Now I don’t bother mining in caves because of it. Need it for bedrock definitely, as ipad can’t go back to old versions like pc can :/
