Add new dyes, tan, navy blue, dark green, and red orange

The tan dye could be crafted with brown and white dye, navy blue could be crafted with blue and black dyes, dark green could be crafted with green and black, and red orange would be crafted with red and orange. There would be wool, carpets(with new llama clothes), concrete, terracotta, banners, and leather armor for those colors
