Imagine how minecarts maintaining momentum when flying off of tracks to cross large gapes could completely breathe fresh air into the minecart experience! Instead of simply dropping straight down the y axis, players could now leap across larger areas simply by gaining enough speed by the already implemented powered tracks! This would completely shakeup the roller coaster game as we know it!
