Bat Wing Sonar Potion

When you kill a bat, it has a chance to drop a bat wing or similar item which, when brewed into a potion, gives you the spectral arrow effect on all mobs within 50-100 (more or less, depending on the potency of the potion) blocks. The potion should be cyan or green (darker than jump boost potion), and be named the sonar potion.
