Store loom & cartography table server sided

I propose the Minecraft stores the loom and cartography table gui server sided. Although this might not seem necessary if you want to create custom GUIs in plugins that use a loom or cartography table as a default it is impossible. Also if you want to create a custom recipe in looms or cartography table it is impossible.

Please store them server side.
