Climbing / Wall jump

I‘d like to suggest a new feature for 1.18 ... 

As the new mountains are really high and the caves really deep we need a new way to explore them. I wanna suggest a feature that lets the player travel fast and safely.

Climbing would be the ability to stick to the side of a block for 1 second which would allow the player to jump and like that get over two-block-high obstacles, which would make climbing mountains or getting out of the caves a lot easier.
