New Recipe for Night Vision

My idea for a new Night Vision Potion recipe also involves adding a new item. The item would be dropped from Bats when killed. It could be bat wings, fangs, or whatever you want. Point is that bats would drop it. Bats have been in the game for a very long time and still don't drop anything. It's strange that a drop was never added for them. Adding this gives better use to a pre-existing mob. It would also just make more sense from a logic standpoint. Golden carrots is kind of a random choice for night vision and I believe my idea would be much more intuitive for players.
