Bat fangs and potions

Killing a bat produces bat fangs. When used in potions, they create a potion of leeching which heals the player when dealing damage to mobs.

The potion would heal 1 health per 18 (15 if level 2 potion) damage dealt to hostile/neutral mobs.

I am not sure how much damage you should do to heal.
