We all know that the spawner was meant to be a hindrance for the player and a priority target for destruction. As a reward for destroying the spawner, the player gains experience. But now the spawner is just an imbalanced endless source of resources and experience (we know why). I know how to fix this. A new game rule can be introduced: If the player does not break the spawner for too long to gain experience, but is nearby, then after a while the spawner simply explodes (depriving the player of the opportunity to gain experience). And at the same time, the explosion catches the treasure chests and the player.
