Rainforest biome/flowing forest dimension

This idea is for a new biome/dimension!!! I think that there should be a new biome that comes with a new dimension. The biome would be called a RAINFOREST BIOME! It would include

1.a particle that looks like a glowing butterfly.

2.a new mob called a panther.

3.a new dimension called the flowing  forest dimension
