Add Netherite Grindstone

so, we all know that netherite is very powerful, strong enough to resist even lava, and we all know that the grindstone allows us to remove enchantments for a refunding of XP. what i think is that Netherite is strong enough to resist even the most powerful curses, such as curse of binding and curse of vanishing, so i had an idea: add the Netherite Grindstone, a special grindstone that has had Netherite enhancements to plate the grind wheel (grindstone with a netherite ingot above it, or 8 around it, depending on feedback), and can allow players to remove not only curses, but also select which enchantments to remove, but if it's a curse enchantment, it'll cost levels, and using this to remove an enchantment will yield minimal or no XP return from other enchantments.

this would prevent players from obtaining such a powerful item in early game, but allow those of us who've been to the Nether, and come back alive with Netherite Ingots to have far more control over enchantments on books, items, etc, and fits with the lore of the game fairly well. please let me know what you think.
