(Java Parity) Toggable Java Advancement System

I think Bedrock Edition should have option during creating a world, that allow you to turn on Java-like advancements in world. If Java advancements is toggled, Xbox achievements won't be available in this world. Java advancements also should be customisable by add-ons. Using add-ons won't affect getting advancements.

That is very good
