Custom entity components in bedrock edition addons

Bedrock edition addons should have custom entity components. There are already a lot of components, but the ability to create custom components will make addons even better than before.

    This post is obviously applicable in myriad ways, but I'll list one I've been wishing for:

    User-defined component booleans:

       Allow for a folder where simple true/false variables can be instantiated as entity components, or where simply referencing the custom component name in an entity definition enables it as 'true.'  This ought to be much simpler to implement than other data types.

      Example: 

    is_male{}

    or

    is_male{true}

    (for adding sexually dimorphic mob versions like cow/bull; billy/nanny, and sow/boar to addons.)

    WHY
    -custom components will allow the entities to do much more in an easier way like villagers walk dogs or animals pounce
