Hermit

A hut should spawn in the mountains with a villager type mob. The hut should spawn exclusively in mountain biomes. The hermit would sell items on a random day to day basis and will buy anything you want to sell. It could live with dogs wich will attack you if you turn hostile. I saw a mention of a goat pen which would work. Hermits won't respawn and won't breed making them somewhat rare.

Imagine a villager with a long beard and bushy eyebrows!

What if instead of boring old trades, this hermit offered the player something akin to a treasure map in exchange for emeralds? To mimic the classic "climbing a mountain in search of the hermit's wisdom" trope often portrayed in stories!

The map itself wouldn't have to be anything crazy. Like the ones found in ships, it could simply lead the player to treasures. Alternatively though, it could guide the player to a rare biome, or perhaps even a woodland mansion.
