Caves in the bedrock experimental toggle are waterlogged too often

Every single time I find a cave above around y level 20 or 30 and below 60, it is always filled with water. I’m not sure if this is a bug, intended feature, or placeholder feature that will change later, but the y 20 to 60 area is where iron is most common due to the ore distribution changes, and iron is an early game resource. This means you need to mine at that level to get iron, and mining in waterlogged caves early game is very difficult. It would be best if only some caves at that level were water caves.
