Caves Collapsing

Caves usually collapse because of mining or tunneling, so what if in some caves there was a limit to how much you could mine on the ceiling and on the walls. In Minecraft live 2021 they said they wanted to recreate the first night of Minecraft. This would makes the caves scarier and while caves can be beautiful, they can also be very dangerous.
