Ominous banners hung by the player should attract more pillager patrols

If a player were to hang an ominous banner in their base then it would make it more likely for pillager patrols to spawn near you. The lore behind this would be that a pillager patrol might be able to detect one of their banners from thousands of blocks away and be able to tell that one of their fellow patrols was compromised and needs to be avenged.

    I like this idea, it can be a good way to get totems of undying since raids can be started, and mosts raids average a totem.

    This could be use for a customized outpost build. After building an outpost, hang up the banner, and pillagers will spawn in it.
