(Bedrock) Block behaviours in the behaviour pack template

I recommend adding the behaviours of the base Minecraft blocks in the bedrock behaviour pack template for people to edit

    Vanilla blocks in Minecraft bedrock are(at the moment) hard coded not data driven and they can't be modified
