Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Crossbow Enchantments

It would be amazing to add power flame and infinity on crossbows.That would make the crossbow such a better weapon than before because there are no damage increasing enchantments for a crossbow and  even without power or a new enchantment that  deals damage why not flame? Also for people who like crossbows they can't really enjoy them without those enchantments. the bows however get all these super good enchantments but they aren't as powerful as a crossbow and there arrows curve a lot  put a crossbows are more mechanical also, there arrows do not curve as much.without damage dealing enchantments for the crossbow then the only way would be with instant damage arrows which are very hard to get.

    Bruh... Crossbows get Piercing, Multishot, and Quick Charge. It's totally worth missing out on a few somewhat boring Bow enchantments for those!

    Crossbows don't need power boosting enchantments, because they regularly do more damage than bows (plus, you can use firework rockets with them).

    fireworks do not do that much damage and need a lot of resources

    Crossbows absolutely need a damage increasing enchantment of some sort. They are superior to bows until the player gets access to enchanting and therefore power 4/5, infinity, and flame, which happens pretty early in most players' worlds. Firework ammunition evens the gap out a bit but they are too expensive to use consistently compared to the infinite arrows of the bow. After that threshold they become relatively useless for PVE combat. I would rather them have a unique damaging enchantment than just copying the default bow enchantments but something needs to done regardless. My idea was for an enchantment that makes damage scale up the further the projectile travels, potentially being higher than power 5 if shot from far enough. This leans more into the sniper aspect and makes it more rewarding than bows depending on the skill of the player. Also, if they ever decide to add the spyglass as an attachment, this idea would fit the theme even more.

    I would suggest an enchantment that makes a crossbow automatic, so we can just hold right-click, and the crossbow would automatically fire and reload
