Add an "Old infinite" World Type

So what exactly is old infinite? It's the infinite world type before 1.18. Just like Bedrock Edition, It has "Old" world type from the older versions. Old infinite minimum block limit is 0 and maximum is 256. New caves and moutains from 1.18 will not generate in that world type. So please think of a better name than "Old infinite"

  They should rename the "Old" world type to "Finite" and name this world type "Old"
