Diabolic grass (Nether)

Diabolic grass would somehow be a mix of grass and dead bush - but in the Nether. 

It could spawn in the Nether wastes or in a whole new biome.

Diabolic grass has roughly the same form as overworld grass, but it has a yellow/orange/red animated texture and will have a certain light level - so it really "shimmers".

If you destroy diabolic grass, you will recieve special sticks which can be used to craft a new type of planks.

If you put bonemeal on diabolic grass, it could have a small chance to grow into a diabolic tree.

Diabolic grass and related blocks/items are fully fire resistent but get destroyed when exposed to water (e.g. if you take them to the overworld)
