Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

New sword type

I think there should be a new type of sword, the longsword. The longsword would be able to reach further than a regular sword, but it would be slower than a regular sword. The way it would be made is by making a regular sword in the crafting table, then in the anvil, add two other pieces of the material of the first sword.

    Long swords are generally 2handed so we couldn’t use shields, sounds like a good trade off though
