(New) Cyan Dye

I like building masterpieces and occasionally I take the challenge of trying to build it in survival. However, only one block has that bright cyan color, and that is the diamond block. But there's a problem with that. Diamonds are extremely valuable and with the new update coming in, a lot more dangerous to find with the new Warden that you might come across. I think cyan dye* would be a good addition. It would be crafted with one white dye and one teal dye*, or one light blue dye with a lime dye. A potential third recipe would include green, blue, and white dyes all in one. Now you can have the bright cyan color without the sacrifice of those precious diamonds.

*The current "Cyan Dye" item would be renamed to "Teal Dye" to remove confusion.
