Getting Mob Eggs With A New Staff

Maybe there should be a staff that could turn mobs into their mob egg. It would be useful if someone wanted to make a mob farm easier and didn't want to do too much work or didn't want to cheat. I know that sounds OP but there's a few things to even it out.

-It could take rare materials (diamonds, emeralds, obsidian, blaze rods, ECT.) or even netherite.

-You could only use it a few times, like maybe 5-10 uses.

-You can't do it on the wither, iron/snow golems, the or the ender dragon.

-It costs a few enchantment levels (XP) to use.

It should be added so people can have a useful tool that makes getting ores and materials in Minecraft have one more reason to it. Maybe it could even have its own achievement! It could either be added in a minor update (just the staff), Caves and Cliffs (you could use is for dungeons underground), 1.18 (I'm excited for the next update), or later on. Please take this into consideration.
