Clouds have an issue where they cause visual clutter when the player is building on top of a high mountain, so in response to this I think that there should be a dynamic opacity on clouds which is affected by the distance the player viewing the clouds are away from those clouds. This could ensure that the players on the mountain don't have their vision obscured by clouds passing by, while other players lower on ground level can see the mountain peeking through the clouds clouds with cool builds on it. This may also have an added benefit, as the players at the very top of the mountain would see the clouds more like a fog slightly obscuring the ground below because of their medium distance away
