Pocket Dimensions found in Mountain Temples

A serene and colorful celestial garden dimension that can only be accessed through portals found in new Mountain Temples. Each portal will bring you to one small garden, so you will have to visit multiple temples to explore more of this dimension. The mobs, crops, and trees that spawn there can only survive there, so you will have to return to the specific gardens you visit to farm their resources (similar to how Amethyst Geodes and Spawners work). 

This would offer a peaceful dimension that works very differently from the current Minecraft dimensions, as well as incentivize exploration of the new mountains. Imagine having your own pocket of paradise to build and farm in when you need a break from the terrors roaming all the other dimensions!
