center vertical measure of dimensions (water, lava, end back portal) at y=0

It would be logical, (even more now, when overworld is planned to be deep to negative numbers) to recalculate center of the worlds/dimensiont at 0,0,0.

So water level in overworld, lava level in nether and back portal from end would be at y= 0.
