Glaciers could spawn at mountains. These are made entirely out of ice, so it would be slippery to walk on it. sometimes you would find a glacier cave or ravine in which grow crystals and there could be items frozen inside ice. This could be amazing for building too, because you could display valuable items like the dragon egg or your favourite sword in an ice cube in a museum.
