Building With Neon

It would be awesome if glowing colorful neon blocks, slabs, walls, and rods were added for creative and/or survival mode. Making these would most likely require a new crafting material that'll make things light up like a glow stick. And speaking of glow sticks, I'd love to explore dark caves with one or two, or my whole inventory...
