Nerf witches

Witches are too op for a naturally spawning mob, so maybe make them less likely to use potions of harming, make them unable to spawn within a certain distance of the world spawn (eg. 25 chunks), or just make it so their less likely to spawn.

    Witches are already rare with a 1% spawn chance

    I know, but if one spawns before you can get proper equipment to deal with them they are basically instant death

    If you hit them, they start to drink a healing potion. When they're pre-occupied with that, then it gives you time to kill them.

    witches are actually pretty weak as they are, just charge them with a sword, or if you don't feel safe doing that just shoot them from far away. not hard to kill at all.
