Parachute Enchantment (Elytra Enchantment)

The parachute enchantment will give players the slow falling effect when the Elytra breaks, until they hit the ground. Or they could have levels that decide how long the effect will last, which could still give time for the player to prepare a way to eliminate or reduce fall damage.

The enchantment would be obtained through End Cities, or as gifts from endermen as I have suggested here: https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/4404928239117-Ender-Bismuth

Not that necessary since we have unbreaking and mending enchantment. Even though it breaks, we have totem of undying to do this.
