Seeing how honeycomb has been expanded on in the caves and cliffs update to preserve copper and to make candles, I had an idea:
Plywood. Can be crafted using various wooden planks in the top and bottom rows of a crafting table (Six planks total), and then honeycomb through the middle row. Creates six blocks of plywood total and with a loss of three honeycombs. The wood would have the same appearance as wooden planks but have an assortment of colors from other varieties of wood. This block can be used to make sticks, and other building blocks such as stairs, slabs, trapdoors and doors. This block should break as fast as wood or a bit slower and can be used in a furnace. This will allow for players to get rid of unwanted wood to make a stylish block, add more building blocks, allow them to make one stack of many different woods together thus saving inventory space, and make an extended use of the honeycomb item in game.
